Are we suitable for you?
Steelbox Works are flexibly leased spaces which are aimed at new startups or larger companies that need a local base to work from. They are great as either a follow on from or in collaboration with our Steelbox Self Storage shipping containers, especially if your business may need extra seasonal storage space or you don’t want to commit to a fixed lease contract.
All Steelbox Works workshops have kitchen facilities and broadband with communal toilets, shower and relaxation area. Workshops range from 29.3 sqm (315 sqf) up to 91.2 sqm (982 sqf) and are over two floors, with all ground floor units having direct vehicle access.
